Abstract

This study examines the impact of digital transformation on organizational efficiency among selected organizations in Liberia. Digital transformation was measured through digital technology adoption, business process automation, digital communication and collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. A quantitative cross-sectional survey design was adopted using a structured questionnaire and an illustrative sample of 200 respondents. Descriptive statistics, correlation, and multiple regression were used for analysis. The illustrative findings showed that all four dimensions of digital transformation had positive and statistically significant effects on organizational efficiency. Collectively, the variables explained 63.0% of the variation in organizational efficiency (R² = 0.630). The study concludes that effective adoption of digital technologies, process automation, digital collaboration, and data-driven decision-making can enhance organizational efficiency in Liberia. It recommends greater investment in digital infrastructure, employee digital skills, process automation, cybersecurity, and data-driven management practices.
